Between 1987 and 1997 Shaun Belcher published a series of cassette tapes
showcasing his songwriting skills and to a lesser extent his developing singing and guitar playing.
This website is dedicated to this noble but sadly doomed self-publishing venture and to archive once and for all these items. Like a Thames Valley Daniel Johnston he passed them out to friends and family who sometimes handed them straight back.
Each Cassette is given a separate page with song listings a link to a player with all tracks on and lyrics for the album and a brief historical description of time and place recorded.
Each is now available with original photocopied sleeve art and lovingly copied to a D90 cassette tape as part of the Horseshoe Tapes archive series if so requested. Each tape costs £5 each. including post and packing ( 10$) (8 Euros) to cover costs.
